Robyn is a very talented and an experienced artist and she is such a giving person with her knowledge. To know is to master then you share. Robin is the very best! First, her work is impeccable. so it is a no brainer to get her to do your permanent makeup. But she is also very considerate of different values and takes your personal wishes to heart when she does your work (for example-you want your eyeliner faint, dark etc) Finally, she is a hoot. I love to tell friends how we chatted away as I had my eyeliner redone this year (it naturally fades over time and it had been about 15 years). I am so happy with her. If you are even questioning who should do your work, look no further. She is the one!

My sister told me about a recent negative review she ran across about Robin Hays & About Face and I was SHOCKED…. prompting the reason for my review today. (I should have written one years ago!) There is NO way the person that is talking about Robin Hays of About Face! NO WAY! So here is my review…During my consultation with Robin about my lips and liner, she asked me what color I would like. I wasn’t exactly sure, so I brought 2 lipstick colors and mixed them together and told her that’s the color I wanted. Not only did she show me the mixed color that I wanted before she stared, but It turned out even better than I anticipated!! She made sure I was comfortable using numbing cream and explained everything she was doing step-by-step. I was so pleased with my lips that I went back to her for my upper and lower eyelids. And WOW what a difference that made! After both of my procedures, she called each time to make sure I was happy with my outcome and asked if I had any questions. It is awesome to wake up and to just wake up, throw Chapstick and mascara on and walk out the door! All of this was over 10 years ago and to this day I STILL get compliments on the color of my lips – women will stop me in the makeup section at the store asking me what lipstick color I use! I tell them the color “Robin Hays” and give them her contact information! I still get “I can’t believe your eye makeup didn’t come off in the water”, after getting out of the pool! I know well over 15 women, including my sister, who have had the PRIVILEGE of having Robin do their cosmetic tattooing and every last one of them have been more than happy with her work! If I there were any way I could rate Robin more than 5 stars, I definitely would! If you want someone who cares about her customers and takes pride in her work Robin Hays is the one – the ONLY one – to see!
