All procedures require a $100 booking fee in order to make an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the procedure fee. We do require 72 hours to cancel or reschedule or this $100 will be forfeited. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, chances are your appointment will have to be rescheduled. If you are late a fee may occur. Deposits are non-refundable.

All procedures include one follow-up visit in 6 - 8 weeks. Any additional visit will be a charge of $150 within the first year.

Periodic maintenance visits are scheduled as needed and may vary from one to five years depending on the area, skin type, facial treatments, sun exposure and medications. Touch ups range from 18 month to 3 years.

Touch ups are 1/2 of the original procedure price. If we did not perform your original procedure then you are considered a new client and will not be able to book under touch up pricing. We will also need a photo of the area before we can book you.
